July’s Glossybox & First Impressions

My little face lit up when I opened my Glossybox this month and when you see it you’re going to 100% get why. I know I’ve said it so many times but the ‘themed’ Glossyboxes will always be my favourites and this one’s no exception. July’s box gives me all the tropical vibes and I am absolutely buzzing to get into this.

The overall Theme

So as I said I absolutely love the themed boxes and this one just, I LOVE IT. As soon as I saw the box I was like ‘I’m keeping that’ (even if I have nothing to put in it). They’ve gone so tropical with this box and can we talk about the little ‘Aloha’ on the front and the gold touches, it’s so pretty.

The products

On to the most important thing, the products. So as usual we have 5 products which all have a running summer theme to them and there’s always a little booklet to walk you through the products which is so handy to have. If you get a Glossybox or you have done in the past, you’ll know you usually get one or two full sized products and the rest are usually samples but I was looking through my leaflet and all of these products are full size, so they’re really treating us this month!.

Jecca Blac Glow Drop Primer – RRP £16

Jecca Blac Glow Drop Primer - July Glossybox
Jecca Blac Glow Drop Primer – July’s Glossybox – A Little Glossy

This one’s one of first things I spotted in the box and  The last primer I received in a Glossybox was an ‘Elixir’ one back in February I think it was and I still use that daily now. So I’m really excited to try this one out, It’s in the ‘shade’ Rose Pearl and going by the ‘drop primer’ I’m assuming a little is going to go a long way which is a huge bonus. it’s Vegan & Cruelty-free as well which is brilliant.

Naobay Orange Juice Hand Cream – RRP £11.5O

Naobay Orange Juice Hand Cream
Naobay Orange Juice Hand Cream – July’s Glossybox – A Little Glossy

I was so happy to see this in the box. I have washed my hands to a point where they’re cracking/ bleeding within the last few months and I’m sure I’m not the only one, I’ve been trying out a few hand creams alongside a little bit of Sudocrem overnight the best one I’ve found for it so far is the Nivea soft cream because it’s very gentle, if you know of any please let me know in a comment because I’m still trying to find the right one for me. However, this sounds very promising, it’s a blend of Shea butter, Chamomile, Aloe Vera and orange water which sounds both mouth-watering and really nourishing but I think I’m going to save this one for when my hands are healed up a little more.

Give Them LaLa Beauty Aloha Bronzer – RRP £19.80

Give Them LaLa Bronzer
Give Them LaLa Bronzer – July Glossybox – A Little Glossy

I was swooning over bronzers on feel unique the other day and I’m glad I didn’t pick any up now because this is dreamy. Firstly, they’ve matched the packaging to the actual Glossybox and we all know how I feel about that by now and the actual bronzer is right up my street a natural shade with a little shimmer in it to give you that sunkissed look. The packaging is cute too which is a win and there’s a decent-sized mirror in there as well.

The Beauty Crop Palm Balm – RRP £18

I saw this in the box and I literally couldn’t get over how cute the packaging is too it, I know that’s not the main thing here but look at that little box!. This is a Multi-Purpose balm in a gorgeous rosy colour. I live for these in the summer, I find my lips dry out quite a lot in through the summer and these are just a nice alternative to a matte lippy, which is the last thing I want to be wearing on a hot day. They’re usually quite moisturising as well so they’re perfect for me. I’m excited to try this one out.

Kocostar Fruit Slice Face Mask – RRP £4

Kocostar Fruit Slice Face Mask – July Glossybox – A Little Glossybox

I can’t lie, this packaging made me crave fruit and I’m certain the scent of it is going to as well (Someone might have to restrain me from eating this). I got the watermelon mask which sounds like it’s main focus is moisturising which my skin is in desperate need of, The only problem I might face is that me and sheet masks just don’t get along like my face is too small I think, is this just me?, let me know if you get this. I’ll give it a try though, no harm in trying is there.

Final thoughts - July Glossybox.

The packaging is dreamy, the products are a great selection and they all fit in with the theme which is nice because they can be a little bit hit and miss with that one. They were so generous doing a box full of full-sized products as well because as I mentioned you usually get one or two full-sized and the rest samples. I’ve just had a quick add up and I’ve put the value of this box to £69, I paid £12.95 incl. delivery so I’m pretty pleased with that. If you would like to sign up I do have an offer code for Glossybox which is something everyone gets when they sign up as well, which is lovely!.

Have you received this months Glossybox or tried any of these products?
