Coming back to blogging

Hello, it’s been a while!. I took a huge break from blogging over the last couple of months and after a little surge of motivation I’ve decided to come back to it, I’ve missed posting on here. I decided to give the blog a good revamp and I’m so chuffed with it.

So where was I?. It’s nothing new for me to chat about mental health here and I did have a bit of a set back with mine, especially in the form of low moods and anxiety, unfortunately, writing does not come easy to me when I’m in a slump so the blog did take a bit of a hit.

I’m feeling much better now, maybe it’s the sun being out a little more or the work I’ve been putting into myself but I’m feeling inspired to come back to this now.

I am going to be changing my posting day to a Tuesday from now on and hopefully, in the future, I’ll add another post a week into that but slow and steady, I don’t want this to feel overwhelming!.
